How we deliver the product to customers?

• We aim to deliver your product as per time committed to you. Every single product goes through a quality check before dispatch to the customers.
• The order is shipped directly from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation. During special events like “BIG Sales Day” we dispatch products within 2-3 days. We promise to deliver your product within 5-8 business days, depending upon your location.
• For International order it can take up to 28 days although in most cases it takes around 10-15 days. Minimum Order requirement for International Orders is Rs. 7000. Shipping charges extra.

Location where we deliver?

• We deliver the product all over India and overseas locations. We have partnered with reputed courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Fed-ex, Blue Dart and Speed post (For Remote Areas) which provide you fast and reliable delivery service.

How can I track my order?

• HimalayanKraft offers free shipping on all per-paid orders and COD.  In case of part shipment, pertaining to any order, the delivery charge for COD orders, shall be payable at the time of the delivery of the first product in relation to the relevant order.

Can I choose my delivery Time & Date?

• Sorry, unfortunately you cannot choose your expected delivery date and time.

• Despite our best efforts and those of our courier partners, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, HimalayanKraft promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
